Registration is now available for all current families at Immacolata. The hard copies are in today’s Wednesday envelope. Registrations are deemed as complete upon receipt of both the registration form and the registration fee.***Based on earlier email responses families are being sent preschool registration if they responded in October. If you need a preschool registration and did not receive one—please contact the school office right away. **For the coming school year, multiple classes/grades throughout the school will reach maximum enrollment very quickly. We have a significant waitlist for multiple grades. For this reason, I have adjusted the registration process to ensure current families have first access to secure a spot.Current families have between January 5-18 to submit their registrations before it opens to the families on the waitlist. Families on the first round of the waitlist have between January 18- 31 to submit their registrations. There are, also, families on the 2nd round waitlist as I am anticipating current and first round list will cause several classes to reach capacity. It is imperative that you turn in registrations within the appropriate timeframe. If there is a conflict or concern that may affect this timeline, please call or email me so that we can resolve it together. ***We are looking forward to a highly successful (and COVID free) 2022-23 school year. The success of the school and marketing efforts are due in large part to the wonderful word-of-mouth marketing that comes from our parents. When you share your positive experiences of Immacolata with families—you are our #1 marketing initiative! Thank you for ensuring a thriving future for Immacolata School. Catholic Schools Week is January 30-February 4! This is one of our favorite weeks of the year! It is a week to celebrate all the great things about a Catholic School education and community. Just as we did last year, we will find a way to make Catholic Schools Week happen again this year for our students! While it still may look a little different, I anticipate having most of our traditional activities. It will be a week filled with faith, fun, and service. Stay tuned for more details to come in the next few weeks!
